Flogan Mousse

Flogan Mousse is a medicated peeling, flake-removing mousse for the scalp and hairy body parts. Helps to prevent the itching and reddening associated with desquamative seborrhoeic conditions. Clinically tested efficacy and tolerability.

Flogan Mousse contains:

• Ciclopirox Olamine+ Lactoferrina: the exclusive combination patented by Valetudo against Malassezia;


• Lactoferrin: a very extraordinary natural substance, present in small amounts in our body (e.g. in white blood cells) and in some secretions as tears, saliva, colostrum, with an important role to defend ourselves against bacterial and fungal infections. Because of its ability in binding iron ions, Lactoferrin is a potent anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. Its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, soothing and anti-itch activity make this substance very useful for treatment of many skin problems;


• Glycerophosphoinositol (GPI): plant extract from natural sunflower seeds, it acts producing an immediate skin soothing effect;


• Salicylic Acid: that has a keratolytic/peeling action.

Flogan Mousse contains Ciclopirox Olamine (CPO), Lactoferrin and Salicylic acid (2%).

During the acute phases of Seborrhoeic Dermatitis, apply Flogan Mousse once or twice a day on clean dry skin, massaging for a few minutes. The product might cause a transitory burning sensation (due to the presence of salicylic acid). The feeling clears in a few minutes.

Flogan Mousse can be applied on scalp, face and body; then rinse the treated area.
