Mellis Med Shampoo  is a medicated shampoo that is ideal for all forms of seborrhoeic scalp dermatitis. The ultra gentle action makes it ideal for frequent use. Based on Ciclopirox Olamine (CPO) + Etidronic Acid and Quaternised Honey.

Mellis Med Shampoo contains Ciclopirox Olamine (CPO), Etidronic Acid and Quaternised Honey.

• Ciclopirox Olamine (CPO): is an antimycotic agent that acts against yeasts of the genus Malassezia (that play a key role in the progress of Seborrhoeic Dermatitis) by removing iron ions that are essential for survival of the yeast;


• Etidronic Acid: is a chelating agent that enhances the antimycotic action of CPO. Indicated for desquamative seborrhoeic forms associated with irritation and itching;


• Quaternised Honey: through its repairing, protective and hydrating action, it ensures a great cosmetic pleasing quality..

Dampen the hair and apply Mellis Med Shampoo, massaging the entire scalp thoroughly to form abundant foam. Rinse and repeat the process, leaving the product to rest for 10-30 minutes. Finally rinse off and dry.

2 to 4 applications a week are recommended.
