Osmin Top Ungento is an innovative non-oily ointment. Intensive adjuvant for acute phases of mild and moderate Atopic Dermatitis.

No added preservatives, fragrances, paraffin, known allergens.
No Nickel (Nickel <1 ppm).

Properties

Innovative non-greasy ointment, intensive adjuvant for acute phases of mild and moderate Atopic Dermatitis. Based on Glycerophosphoinositol, Perilla Frutescens extract and barrier reconstituting compensating. Without addedd preservatives, fragances, paraffin, colouring and known allergens. It rapidly restores the altered defences of the skin, while the exclusive combination of Glycerophosphoinositol and Perilla Frutescens extract helps to soothe irritation and relieve both itching and the burning sensation.

Osmin Top Ungento is non-greasy and non-staining.

Composition

Osmin Top Unguento contains:

  • Glycerophosphoinositol (GPI), plant extract from natural sunflower seeds, it acts producing an immediate skin soothing effect.;

  • Perilla Frutescens extract, rich in fatty acids and polyphenols, with a antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action with GPI;

  • barrier reconstituting compensating and reintegrating for Lipids and Fatty Acids (Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9) deficiencies.


Direction for use

Apply a thin layer on the area to be treated, twice a day, during the acute phase of mild and moderate dermatitis, or once a day during the acute phase, along with drug therapies.

Clinical trial

Study on a sample of 248 patients (male and female), with mild to moderate atopic dermatitis who applied Osmin Top Ungento 2 times per day in the last 15 days.






The results showed:

  • – Erythema reduction (-62%)

  • – Dryness reduction (-63%)

  • – Itching reduction (-68%)


The aim of study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a coadjuvant topical treatment containingGlycerophosphoinositol and Perilla Extract on mild to moderate atopic dermatitis as a coadjuvant treatment of mild to moderate AD.
